When is your insurance cover to commence?
Who is to be insured?

The price of this insurance depends on age (up to 64 or over 65 years of age). The calculation is determined by the entry age at the commencement of the insurance policy.

A family is defined as a maximum of 2 adults and up to 7 children under the age of 21 who reside in Germany.

For family members travelling alone, the sum insured is 50% of the agreed family insurance amount.

Please note: Two adults can also take out the family policy.

Opt for the low-cost family rate if you are resident in Germany and are

  • one or two adults with a child or children (under 21 years of age),
  • or are two adults

Take out an individual policy if you often travel by yourself.
